Tidalis Activation Code [serial Number]

Updated: Mar 16, 2020

About This Game Tidalis is a block-based puzzle game with casual appeal, hardcore depth, and an addictive new "streams" mechanic. The game is brimming over with riffs and variants on that core mechanic with 20 game modes, dozens of special blocks and items, and 115 levels in the adventure mode alone. The basic rules of the game are this: blocks fall down into the board and have a color and an arrow direction. If a stack of blocks exceeds the height of the board, you lose. In order to clear blocks, you must right-click and drag paths through the arrows to set up chain reactions of like-colored blocks. If this sounds simple, that's because it is -- you'll be lining up lengthy chains within minutes. But you'll be surprised how much brainpower it takes to set up combos of multiple chains, and the many brainteaser-style puzzles include some real stumpers. Tidalis has co-op and competitive multiplayer modes (both online and offline); action-oriented modes and timer-less brainteasers; a lengthy, casual-friendly adventure mode; twenty unique game modes providing innumerable twists to the basic gameplay; dozens of special blocks and items; and over fifty minutes of beautiful music to go with the painterly art.In short, several games' worth of content are built on top of this core mechanic, which you'll quickly find to be as iconic as it is novel.Key Features:Puzzle game with casual appeal, hardcore depth, and an addictive new mechanic. Long learning curve. This game has all to please veterans of the genre.. Also a guilty pleasure thingy of mineAslo the character design of this makes me think I'm high. Poor man's Bejeweled...they should pay you to play this.. Another one of those 'match 3 colors' games. In this one you have to guide a stream across the colored blocks using arrows which you can turn using your mouse. It's ok I guess, it entertained me enough to write a little review about it. If you can get it cheap, it's worth a try.[Rating: 71/100]. Imagine Tetris, but each block is one square, and the square has one or more arrows on it. You cannot move the blocks around and drop them where you want like you can in Tetris. They just fall and mix things up. If it reaches the top, you lose, just like in Tetris. The game consists of clicking on a square, and a light pops out and goes up to three spaces away, lighting up any other blocks of the same color, following those blocks' arrows as well. If you light up three or more blocks, they each disappear, and the other blocks fall lower, Tetris style. The problem is that sometimes you just can't find a match. Tetris is always engaging, even when it's moving slow, in my opinion. However, with Tidalis, there were periods of 60 seconds or so, where I was just staring, without 3 blocks that I could match, waiting on more to fall, and it could take a while. I believe you can speed it up, a bit, but I think the lack of things to do at times in this game is a fundamental flaw. I don't like Tetris better because of nostalgia. I will sell the original Super Mario Bros out to any game I think is better, and same with Tetris. However, Tidalis is not superior to Tetris, or even on the same playing field. It's kinda like rebooting a film when the original was great. Reboot something that is garbage and make it better.Tidalis should have been a spin on a game that needed improvements; not on a fairly perfectly-designed game, at least in my opinion.. Tidalis is a very cute and highly addictive casual puzzle game with a unique take on a well-known formula. The cutscenes and music are probably a matter of taste (personally, I liked the music but skipped through most of the story), but if you want to just sit down and relax, they create a comfortable and immersive atmosphere. The tutorial does a great job at introducing the game mechanics and there is a huge variety of different game modes. You can even create your own puzzles or play community-created ones. Last but not least, it has full Linux/SteamOS support. If you like games like Tetris Attack or Bejeweled, this is certainly for you.In campaign mode, however, there is one major issue that you should be aware of: More than other puzzle games I've played, victory is often a matter of mere luck. In some stages the victory conditions are impossible to plan ahead for; on many occasions I had to restart a level several times because the blocks on the board didn't leave any sensible moving options. While in Bejeweled the board is cleared when you're out of moves, this does not happen here. On one occasion, for example, you're supposed to create large combos but at the same time are not allowed to move the majority of blocks. If they're not in a useful position by chance, there's simply nothing you can do, which can be extremely annoying. If you believe that you can cope with this problem, I recommend this game to you.. Played this co-op about 3 years ago. Review might therefore not be up-to-date. At the start, the gameplay seemed fun and unique. After some hours the gameplay got a bit repetitive, and the many different game modes did not seem so enticing anymore. In the second half of the campaign, the different game modes started to seem more like gimmicks rather than anything new. tl;dr: At the end of my 18 hour gameplay, I felt completely done with the game. Does not have much play value, nor replay value.. The basic mechanics of this game are already somewhat complex for a block puzzle game, but once it starts adding more mechanics and requires doing combos of several levels, I can't keep up. I guess to that you could say "get good", but that's not why I play casual games which is what I was expecting from buying this. I guess I'm too casual for this or something. Point being, if you're a super casual gamer who checked this game out looking for something chill, easy, and fun to kick back and play for a bit, I would steer clear.. A fun little game to entertain your brain as well as the eye.
